I can't think of a better way to open our web-based dialogue than to recall the words of Henry Ford:

"Coming together is a beginning.
Staying together is progress.
Working together is success."

These are the essential phases through which any community must develop, whether the goal is building automobiles or sharing knowledge with others to more quickly and effectively optimize motion systems.
